Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 October 2026
These Terms govern your use of MyPigeonPedigree, an online pedigree, breeding, racing and loft-management service for pigeon fanciers, run by Sabbir Hasan from Bangladesh (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use MyPigeonPedigree.
1. The service
MyPigeonPedigree lets you keep your own pigeon records online: pigeons, ring numbers, pedigrees, pairings, racing results, competitions, diary entries and contacts. We may improve, change or add features over time, and updates are included for every member.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
- Give us accurate details and keep your login private. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- One account is for one loft and one person. Don’t share your login or resell access.
- Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Free trial, plans and payment
Every new member gets a 30-day free trial with every feature. During the trial you can add up to 100 pigeons and make 3 pedigree exports (PDF, JPEG or print) and 3 pairing cards (PDF or JPEG). No card is needed.
After the trial you can choose a yearly plan. Small Loft includes every feature, up to 2,500 pigeons, 100 pedigree exports and 100 pairing cards per year. Yearly includes every feature, up to 5,000 pigeons, 250 pedigree exports and 250 pairing cards per year. Exports are counted from the day your plan starts. An export is counted once per pigeon (or per pairing), however often or in whatever style you export it again. If you need more, contact us for a custom plan. Current prices are shown on our Pricing page and may change; a price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
Payment is handled personally, not through an online checkout. Contact us (for example on WhatsApp), and we activate your plan once payment is confirmed. Always keep your payment reference.
Plans do not renew automatically. When your paid period ends, you need to renew with us.
4. When a plan or trial ends
- After a trial or plan ends, you have 7 days of grace to pay.
- After the grace period, your account becomes export-only: you can still export your pigeons, but pedigrees and pedigree export are locked and you cannot add new pigeons.
- Your data is not deleted because a plan has ended. When you renew, full access returns.
- If your account stays unpaid for a long time, we may ask you to export your data and may delete the account after notifying you.
5. Refunds
Because access is activated personally, payments are generally non-refundable once your plan is active. If something is wrong with your payment or you were charged by mistake, contact us and we will put it right. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, that right is not affected.
6. Your data
- You own your data. The pigeons, pedigrees, results, diary entries, contacts, logos and everything else you add belong to you. You give us permission only to store, process and display it to run the service for you.
- Your data is private to your loft. Other members cannot see it.
- You can export your pigeons at any time.
- How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for having the right to upload it, including any logo and any personal details of other people stored in your Contacts.
Locked loft details
To protect members and their pedigrees from misuse, your loft name, address, city, postcode, country and logo are locked once you have saved them, and you cannot change them yourself. Check them carefully before you save. Your pedigrees are for your own loft and must not be produced under another loft’s name or resold as another loft’s work. If a locked detail genuinely needs to change (for example you move or rename your loft), use “Request a change” in Settings or contact us, and the administrator can update it after reasonable checks. Your phone, email, website, club and similar details remain editable.
Shared pigeon database
MyPigeonPedigree offers a shared pigeon database, switched on by default after you have seen the notice in the app. By leaving it on you allow us to make the following details of your pigeons available to other members who enter the same ring number: ring number, sex, colour, strain, hatch year, name, the ring numbers of sire and dam, and your “Pigeon Details” text. Photos, prices and your personal or loft details are never shared. Only enter details in “Pigeon Details” that you are happy for other members to see. Shared data comes from other members and may contain mistakes, so you must check it before you rely on it; we do not guarantee that it is accurate or complete. You can stop sharing at any time in Settings → Shared database, and if you do you can no longer use the shared database. Deleting a pigeon removes it from the shared database for future lookups, but copies other members already made stay with them. You must not enter data you have no right to share. We may remove or correct shared records, for example after a report of wrong data.
Breeder claims and printed pedigrees
Each pigeon has a breeder setting: “Bred by me”, “Acquired” or “Unspecified”. Only pigeons marked “Bred by me” print your loft logo, signature, address and contact details on a pedigree. Other pigeons print without them and show the line “A <breeder or strain> pigeon” instead. Every pedigree also carries a small line naming the member who issued it (full name, email and date). By marking a pigeon “Bred by me” you confirm that it was bred in your loft. If a ring number is already claimed by another loft, your claim is not applied automatically; it is held for the administrator, who may contact you and both lofts, ask for proof, and approve or reject it. If a claim is approved for another loft, your setting for that pigeon is changed to “Acquired”. Knowingly making a false claim is a breach of these Terms. We keep a record of each claim (ring number, a one-way reference to the account and the decision) even after an account is deleted, so that a deleted account cannot be used to free a ring number for someone else. Changes to a pigeon’s breeder setting are logged.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights using MyPigeonPedigree;
- upload harmful, offensive or misleading content, malware, or anything you don’t have the right to share;
- try to access other members’ data, probe or attack the service, or bypass security or subscription limits;
- copy, scrape or resell the service, or use it to build a competing product;
- overload or interfere with the service.
8. Our rights and content
MyPigeonPedigree, including its design, software, text and branding, belongs to us. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is in good standing. Your own data stays yours, as described above.
9. Administrator access
The MyPigeonPedigree administrator can manage accounts, subscriptions and access, and may view account data only to give support, apply these Terms, or keep the service secure. Administrator actions are logged.
10. Suspension and ending your account
You can stop using MyPigeonPedigree at any time and ask us to delete your account at [email protected]. Please export your pigeons first.
We may suspend or end an account that breaks these Terms, puts the service or other members at risk, or is used unlawfully. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to export your data.
11. Accuracy and no guarantees
MyPigeonPedigree is a record-keeping and pedigree tool. It is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Pedigrees and results are built from the information you enter, so please check them before relying on them for sales, breeding or racing decisions. We recommend keeping your own backup by exporting your data regularly.
12. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost sales, or lost data not caused by our serious fault. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we make an important change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you by email or in the app. If you keep using MyPigeonPedigree after the change, you accept the updated Terms. If you don’t agree, you can stop using the service and export your data.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If a dispute can’t be settled informally, it will be handled by the competent courts of Bangladesh, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
